NO food or beverage sales without permission of Fair Expo Center and a current Certificate of Insurance.

GENERATORS
Constant running of generators is prohibited unless they are permanently mounted RV  gensets with adequate noise shielding.

PARKING SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Parking spaces will be assigned by the HamboreeŽ committee. You must purchase whatever the minimum number of spaces are required to fit your vehicle and your items. there are a limited number of spots that will accommodate rigs more than two parking spaces long. if your needs exceed the number of spaces you have purchased you will be required to pay for the extra spaces. Extra space is on first come first served basis. The HamboreeŽ committee has the right to refuse entry to vehicles that pose a hazard to committee members or patrons.

EXITING SWAP & SHOP AREA
After 9 AM exiting the swap area while shoppers are roaming around will not be an easy task and poses safety issues. if you will be pulling a vehicle out of the lot we ask that you do this before 9 AM. Once the show has opened to the public sellers are asked to refrain from removing their vehicles from the site until late afternoon when the number of sellers has dwindled down. If you absolutely must remove your vehicle please be patient with other hamfest patrons. Exiting the swap & shop lot will be via the gate near the northwest corner of the lot or via the same gate vendors came in through, whichever is nearer. Please advise a HamboreeŽ staff member of your intentions.

OVERNIGHT PARKING
Unoccupied vehicles may be left on site at owners risk and discretion. the HamboreeŽ and the Fair Expo Center will not be responsible for damage, vandalism or theft to vehicles or property. Camping in the outdoor swap area is prohibited. no exceptions. Camping is only allowed in the designated camping area.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE SOLD AT THIS EVENT
Guns, ammunition, knives, blades, swords, pornography, adults only items, illegal software, stolen merchandise, drug paraphernalia, animals or any item not legal in Miami-Dade county.

PETS are not allowed on the grounds per county ordinance. (Exception animals assisting the disabled)

REFUNDS
Refund requests prior to January 1 will receive full refund, after that date there will be a 50% service charge. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather on show days. There is no rain date for this event. Keep in mind that if it does rain, in south Florida it usually clears up quickly so please don't be disheartened if we get a little sprinkle.

GATE PASSES AND TICKETS
All vendors must display their HamboreeŽ event hang tags in prominent view. All sellers must also have one admission ticket per person they have working the show with them.

SETTING UP TENT, CANOPY, MASTS, OR SIGN
Nothing may be driven into the pavement. No ties to trees, light standards, fences, or park signage. All vendor setup must be within the confines of your space and not intrude into your neighbor's space.

END OF SHOW CLEANUP
Vendors are expected to take all unsold items, including garbage, with them or dispose of it in onsite dumpsters or trash containers. Your cooperation will prevent additional cleanup charges for all vendors.

RECKLESS driving on the show grounds will not be tolerated. Our patrons' safety is our uppermost concern!

Dade Radio Club of Miami, Inc. have given their personal assurances to the Fair Expo Center that Tropical HamboreeŽ outdoor vendors should be welcomed to the event. Your adherence to the rules will guarantee future outdoor vending.
