Indoor Swap Tables

Don’t care to be outdoors? Don’t want to run the risk of some possible rain? Indoor swap tables are waiting for you!

Once the heat begins to set in outdoors, people will be looking to get indoors and leisurely peruse the air conditioned aisles.  Tables are uncovered so you will need to bring your own tablecloth if you desire one. Each table includes one chair. Additional chairs are available on request. There is limited electrical service available. If you need electrical service to your table we recommend you make reservations ASAP.

Table prices are $20 for an aisle table and $25 for a wall table. Wall tables have the benefit that there is no one behind you to bump into. You can also stack up merchandise against the wall behind your table. We have a very limited number of wall tables available. These prices are good until September 25th. After September 25th, any available tables are $25 each. Table prices do not include admission to the show. You will need to buy separate admission tickets for you and your staff.
Have lots of stuff to sell but little or no staff to help you? We can set you up with an endcap which makes it easier for one person to watch multiple tables. Let us know your needs and we'll try to work with you!

WiFi INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE.

All vendors are required to abide by the Hamtoberfest rules. You will receive a copy with your vendor packets and you will be required to sign off that you have received them. A copy of the Hamtoberfest rules will be available on this site. ALL persons in the building on Friday and Saturday MUST have a valid entrance wristband. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Food or drinks cannot be sold at the show except by the inhouse concession stand. Your are allowed to bring in food and drink for personal consumption.

A note to our vendors....
We ask that vendors refrain from packing up early. We have gone to great lengths to advertise our show to technical minded folks not only within the amateur radio community but also to robotic hobbyist, computer hobbyist, and electronic hobbyist in general. Amateur radio operators may be used to being early birds but the rest of the tech community really is not. Let's try expand our horizons and our customer base at the same time!
